The Haryana Government has established the Haryana State Technical Education Society–HSTES (previously known as the Haryana State Counseling Society-HSCS) within the Department of Technical Education, now under the Department of Higher Education. Its purpose is to enforce a transparent and standardized procedure for admissions to a variety of graduate and diploma programs across disciplines such as Engineering, Technology, Architecture & Planning, Pharmacy, Management, and others within the state. Admission to diploma courses is determined based on the inter-se-merit of the qualifying examination.
Transcripts from Haryana State Technical Education Society contain the marks of each subject from the first to last semester. This is then placed in an envelope which is sealed and stamped/signed across the back-flap.
Transcripts are usually used by candidates to apply for permanent residency, higher education, visa, H1B, immigration, etc. If you are applying for WES evaluation (ECA) for a job, education, or Canada PR, you need to apply for transcripts from your university, unless your college is Autonomous.
