Refund Policy for Truecopy Transcript Delivery Service
Thank you for using our service to deliver your transcripts to your destination University/Evaluation Agency.
Refunds are available under certain cases where Truecopy has not been able to fulfil student request, subject to the following conditions:
- No refund is available for costs already incurred by Truecopy such as appliation fees paid to issuing institutions
- A deduction of Rs.100 as processing fees applies for every cancellation order by default.
- The refund will be initiated usually within 10 working days against valid refund requests.
- The refund will be processed and credited to the payment source used to place the order.
- No refund will be processed for orders where the service is partially delivered.
- The refund amount in no case exceeds the amount paid to Truecopy.
